Domino's Pizza Malaga — Restaurant in Western Australia

Well where do I begin if I could give a no star rating I would. went to Malaga tonight after a work meeting to order a pizza, my son and myself was sitting in the car waiting for the pizza and witnessed the manager not once but several times with his finger up his nose then flicking it towards the kitchen, no use of a tissue and no hand washing just sitting at front counter picking his nose I got out off the car, when he saw me coming he went to take my pizza out of the oven with his filthy unwashed hands, I offered him a tissue asking if he needed one he replied why I said I saw you with your finger up your nose after that he quickly went to wash his hands after being called out I then asked the other guy to pack up my pizza as I left they both said something in their language and laughed I went back and said you think this is funny I asked for the manager he replied that's me (guy who was picking his nose) I said oh my god what kind of manager are you teaching your staff bad hygiene he laughed so I said let's see if you think it's funny when I report you too the health authority (which I intend on doing)( no gloves or hair nets were being used) very unhygienic unsanitary practice Recommend you go elsewhere when...

If I could give a zero I would. My son ordered delivery and put our old address accidentally. So we went to the house but the pizza never got delivered. I then went to the store as pizza was not delivered to that address. The arrogant young man told me that the driver had photos that he’d delivered it and left it there. He also said he had tracking.When I asked to see photos and tracking he ignored me and kept saying it was delivered not his fault. I then asked the driver for pics as he was there and he said he doesn’t take photos. I then pointed out the first man had then lied to me. The driver then stated he’d delivered the pizza to a woman. Impossible to do so as the house that it should have gone to only had a man and 2boy children there. The driver couldn’t even tell me 1thing about the house he’d supposedly delivered to. The young man who was being rude and arrogant tried hiding his name badge also when I asked for his name and said none of your business. He also kept looking to see if the cameras were on him. It was disgusting and I will never be going to your restaurant ever again. I want a refund for our order that was not delivered to that address and for the rude and arrogant way I...

dominos is very consistent with their food and high speed service, and dominos malaga isn't any different - i can't fault their pizzas! they're delicious. my partner and i visit this dominos every monday and the customer service is always very average (disappointing), but this usually gets balanced out by how good the food is. however, the monday just gone (the 18th), the man behind the counter provided horrible service. he was sitting down behind the counter and didnt even look up when we arrived. he waited roughly 2 minutes before looking up and saying 'yes?'. i told him we had a pickup and he rolls his eyes, doesnt say anything and walks away to check. he returns after a moment and asks me to repeat my name when i had just told him my name seconds before. he roughly slapped the pizzas down on the counter without saying a word. my partner said 'thanks brother' politely and the man just sat back down and ignored him. really considering not returning to malaga. not sure how that man got hired to begin with, and as someone who's worked in hospitality customer service for five years, i think its really not that hard to be polite (which is literally what he's...
