After interacting with three managers one of them being the store manager I understand why the quality is rubbish now. Nametags Dishant, Preet and Neha. Dishant is rude and arrogant to customers and staff. Preet seems to like acting like a fly, watched him stand at yell at a very young staff team. Neha, I have dealt with you many times now and you are consistently rude and condescending to customers and staff and I have watched you touch food with your BARE hands and when you are cutting the pizza it is so burnt the only flavour youâll taste is volcano ash. Overall the quality has dropped rapidly, pizza is cut like an abstract painting and the lack of toppings is diabolical. I wouldnât put the blame on the team making the food but purely to the managers who scream like turkeys about topping quantities. Occasionally the pizza is good but only when those three...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. Ordered some pizzas to save time. On entering the store there were no people waiting for pizzas. The kitchen was full with 8 young kids. I waited at the counter for a good 7 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge that I was there and another 5 minutes before someone decided to serve me. Finally they said they would cook it again and I had to wait. When the order was handed over the cake inside had been slapped into the box and was pouring out the bottom. No apology from the adult Supervisor. The young boy asked the Supervisor if they were going to charge me for it and a firm and fast yes was given by...

Iâm writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from Dominoâs Success (Unit 4, 2 Brushfoot Boulevard, Success, WA 6164):
I ordered large onion rings $9 and every piece was burnt and barely edible, making the item unappetizing.
At this price, each onion ring cost about a dollar, which is extremely poor value considering the substandard quality.
I have attached a photo for reference.
Additionally, I have noticed that responses to complaints often feel generic and not tailored to the actual feedback provided by customers. It would mean a lot to receive a more personal and specific response addressing these issues.
I hope my feedback helps improve your quality control and customer service. Thank you for...
