Had such a bad experience, staff is mean, she was just telling off every staff, poor management, was busy but not efficient at all. She was just getting upset at customers too. Throwing stuff and when the phone rang she grab the phone and threw it on the table right in-front of me. We ordered around 9:15 pm and we got our order 9:50 pm. They said 8 mins wait, after 15 mins looked at screen it said ready and went to get it she is it’s 6 mins away then after 45 mins she goes it’s coming it’s coming. We said we want refund she said I can’t give you refund because you said it’s okay 20 mins ago, mind you she refunded two people in front of us and she said she can’t refund us but take a soft drink. Bad service and the pizza came out and my garlic rolls were just sitting there for 45 mins which she didn’t even heat it up, just gave me cold ones and ends up making the wrong pizza lol after waiting for so long, refunds me $6 for all my time waste, bad service and attitude she gave to my sister and mom. I’m not happy the way she spoke to my family, just didn’t wanna deal with her that moment because I was tired. This is not the way you do service even if you’re busy, you have work out a system when you running...

I would never leave a one star review. But tonight was disgusting. I had ordered dinner for me and the family via the app. We thought it would be a quick eat after a long day out. The app said it was ready in store for some time. I gave them the benefit of possibly being busy. But after an hour of waiting for our pizza without any notification, I decided to give them a call. Only to be put on hold and then eventually hung up on. My brother in law went outside to check, just in case, to find that the food was put outside in the garden. One it was stone cold, so not sure how long it was outside for. And two, it had insects in it. I called back the store to explain the situation and that we were disappointed. I was handed to the manager and they advised they had new drivers on and must have not been sure of what to do. I asked if they could offer a refund or replacement.
