I am very disappointed with the communication regarding the whole goat meat I booked for Dashain. I had ordered 2 whole goats as part of the Dashain offer, which clearly mentioned (on the website after scanning the QR code) that each whole goat set would include 2kg Bhutan + legs.

However, when the delivery arrived, the Bhutan was missing. When I asked about it, I was told it was never included. I even had to send them proof from their own advertisement, but they still insisted I had to pay extra. This was never communicated properly and felt very misleading, especially since it was clearly advertised as free with the whole goat.

Went in to collect a parcel from TNT, the lady kept ignoring me to serve other customers, after a while I asked if I could get my parcel now and got the response "I will serve my customers first" I told her I was a customer and she said "no, shop customers are customers" and kept serving people who had come in way after me I kept standing and then I left and not sure where and how to get my parcel now so I've contacted TNT to find me an alternate Worst customer service (oh wait im not a customer) I have ever encountered, enough to make me leave a bad review when I've never done it before She can't humiliate people like this, agencies get paid by TNT to serve their customers too, not ridicule them and hold on to...

I had pre-ordered 15 kg of meat and Bhutan 15 days before Dashain, expecting a smooth and well-organized pickup. However, when I went to collect it, I had to wait in line for 3 hours like everyone else. At first, they said they only had 10 kg of meat for me, and only after we insisted did they finally give the full 15 kg. The Bhutan order was also not managed properly.
