New to the area and had the food here twice now. It's tasty but we waited over 2hrs for our food delivery today despite ordering at 5.30pm. Called up a couple of times and was told "5 mins" each time. I think you should just turn off the delivery app options if you're too busy. It's got to be better than not meeting expectations and having grumpy customers.

UPDATE end Aug 2023: We tried to order dinner from here again last weekend and instead of uber ordered through their own website for pick up. Order went through fine, website said 'completed' but no email confirmation. Odd. Arrived at the store 20 mins later anyway to be told that the website ordering doesn't work. This is despite receiving a menu in our letterbox a couple of weeks back with a discount code for online ordering! Ordered over the counter anyway and was then told it would be 40 mins. Ugh. Ok went to Chich for a beer to wait (which is an amazing pub next door, check it out) and arrived back at 8 to be told "another 10 mins". Long story short, we didn't get the food until after 8.30 AFTER another customer had left with it! They don't have names or numbers on the orders so they seem to rely on some other method that I can't discern to recall which order belongs to whom.

It's a real shame because the food is delicious but there are plenty of other places to try and I can't be bothered to wait someone unknown period of time between ordering and collecting......

This was our first time. Having recently travelled to South India we wanted some authentic food. It didn't dissapoint. The lady that served us was lovely and friendly. There is a massive selection of food on the menu. We loved the authentic flavours of the food.The restaurant is lovely inside. Nicely decorated and clean. We had the Haryali chatt as a starter. It was a massive portion, with lots of flavours. The kerala porotta and tandoori roti were so big. We had the lamb curry and Malabar chicken. They were piping hot and very large portions. We also ordered the Mysore masala dosa. It was beautiful presented with samba and chutney. There aren't many restaurants that make dosa. We had 2 sweet lassi and for dessert chocolate kulfi and saviyan vermicelli, this was made to order and tasted amazing. The portion sizes were so big we had leftovers to take home. Yummy 😋. Placed order for pick up and was notified that it would be ready at 9:20pm. When went to pick up, the food was not ready. The lady at the front went in to check and came back out more than 10 mins later with the food. No update was given in the meantime. No proper waiting area for pick up. Had to wait outside the restaurant in the cold. After driving off, noticed that we were given samosas instead of the onion bhajjis we ordered. Returned back and told them about this and were told that they did not have onion bhajjis and that is why they had given the samosas. When told them that we don’t need the samosas and would like a refund, she went back to the kitchen and came back advising that they will get the onion bhajjis ready in 5 mins. If they could get it ready in 5 mins, why wasn’t it prepared earlier when the order was placed?! Very disappointed at how the order was replaced without even confirming if it was ok. Very poor customer service. Never coming back...
