Grill'd Harrisdale — Restaurant in Western Australia

Dropped into Grilled Harrisdale on a Saturday for lunch with the family. Outside looks like a nice place to dine but the weather was too hot for that. As soon as we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by one of the staff members. Place looks neat, tidy and trendy. It's a new Grilled restaurant so everything looked new.

Sat down and I ordered the Wagyu Wonder, Onion rings and Sweet potato chips. Daughter got the kids chicken burger. The burger was nicely plated and tasted even better... yum. The onion rings crispy and sweet potato chips sweet and delicious. Daughter loved the chicken burger. We also got the Grilled chips and it was ok, just needed more salt. We ordered on the QR code at the table, once submitted on the phone it will send you an email notification on when your meal will be delivered to your table. The notification said 11.58am (my meal was delivered 11.59am) - I thought that was pretty impressive.

I loved the décor around the restaurant from the picture frames, painted "LOVE" artwork on the wall and even the restroom signage. Also loved the how neat and tidy the table utensil jar looked (picture attached). I thought the wooden widget was a smart way to get the staff's attention (when turned upside down it signals that you need something). Kitchen area open so as it creates a nice ambiance and the smells of beef cooking is amazing - got me hungry and in the mood.

Feedback- saw a stand-up dust pan and broom left by the far end of the open kitchen. Suggest that this is removed and stored somewhere else, everything looks nice and tidy but there's a random broom and dust pan in the walkway. Someone will knock it over or trip over that one day. It was there for the duration of my visit...

A Shining Example of Care and Consistency – Grill’d Harrisdale ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was absolutely buzzing on a Friday night—full house, long queues, and the unmistakable energy of a busy weekend rush. Despite the chaos, we were seated quickly, and I placed our order without issue. Or so I thought.

Caught up in conversation with friends, I completely forgot to note that my daughter’s burger needed to be prepared separately due to her coeliac disease. It’s an easy detail to miss—but one that matters deeply to our family.

Enter Sam, the floor manager and an absolute superstar. Without being prompted, she noticed the oversight herself. Knowing us as regulars (we’ve been here close to 200 times!), she took it upon herself to ensure the burger was remade safely and separately—even though it was already prepped and about to be served.

She personally brought it out, only a minute after the rest of our meals, and kindly explained why it had been remade. She even apologised for the slight delay—though truthfully, it was nothing to apologise for. What she and the team did was above and beyond, and I’m incredibly thankful for the care shown. It meant a lot.

And as always, the food was incredible. Even under immense pressure, the kitchen was a machine—pumping out meals quickly without compromising the high quality we’ve come to love.

Grill’d Harrisdale continues to set the gold standard for both food and service. I’ll be back again—and...

When this grilled first opened . Customer service and foood was perfect.

Been there a couple of times and customer service has dropped.

Went there on April 08 2024 Monday night for dinner. Both Waitstaffs who brought the food out just chucked on our table without saying a word. No one checked to see if the food was okay or if we were missing any orders. Burgers was cooked abit burnt. Forgot our chips and had to ask the front to get them sent out. One of the wait staff had to be at the front when not serving chatting about their weekend rather than doing their job tidying up tables. Would be good if they had a mature aged manager to supervise the under 18's club.
