Such a disappointing experience, check what you are charged and check again as this business takes no responsibility for errors made, we were overcharged more than $15 on our card, called the minute they were open the next day, when we realised the error (as we weren’t given a receipt at the time of purchase) and from the beginning of the conversation the lady was not interested in resolving the issue, just that it was our problem. Poorly managed customer service which is so disappointing as we prefer to support small business. I’m ok with a mistake, I’m ok with not being able to resolve an issue, but the blatant disregard for the fact that the error left us out of pocket and the rude response received like we just don’t matter just makes me want to warn people in case this happens to others. Cash is king! especially if you are into tax evasion?!? If the business was run above the books they would have insurance for these kinds of mistakes and not have a problem...

Halls head fish and chips was a local store that me and my family would visit quite often, but tonight I AM DEVASTATED, never in my 45 years of life have i seen a grown man disrespect a teenage girl in such ways, especially over public parking! Well i say never again to halls head fish and chips because that behaviour from what im only assuming could be the owner was so disgusting. I was enjoying my meal at the halls head fish and chips neighbour store Red Rooster when this irritated aggressive man storms in making a scene targeting a female front of house worker threatening her over another employees car and where is was parked. This is my second visit to this little gem of a fish and chip shop. I travel from Dawesville for their wonderful fish and chips. The only place so far (apart from in Melbourne) where a sea scollop has the red roe and are huge. The fish is covered in a tasty, light, and crunchy batter. The bream melts in the mouth. The serves are large, and their is always a good selection of white board ''specials'. The chips are also wonderful. I don't like fish and chip shop chips, but from here, this is an exception for me. The place gets busy, but Nicole always remembers her regulars names, and she and her team are super friendly. Whilst waiting there is seating and a tv. A 5 star fish and chip shop, you will not be dissapointed. My new favourite place for a Sunday...
