This charming little place held the potential for everything correct for authentic homemade style cuisine. However. The service was incredibly poor. The staff were lovely DONT get me wrong, but never coming to our table unless we tried flagging them down a million times, asking repeatedly for something because they would either forget or just wouldn’t do it (for example I asked 4 times for takeaway containers, with 4 different servers. Until finally I was a bit firmer before they got us one). They also ignored us whenever they walked past, and took a long time to take our order and to bring the order to us. The water that came to the table, well the bottle had either mould on the lid or dirt. So we didn’t drink it. The food, although incredibly large portions, was either lacking in flavour or over/undercooked. For example, I got the beef Vermicelli, and the noodles were over cooked, and the meat was undercooked and slimy. And sprinkled in so much peanuts that I couldn’t actually take a bit without tasting it, even though every other place I’ve been to with it never served it as such. But that’s not a huge deal. The Honey chicken was not at all how it’s supposed to be served, and just swimming in liquid rather than being cooked with it. And my husbands beef satay didn’t come with rice And we weren’t told we had to get it separately, so that was unusual. The glasses and knifeware was dirty or not wiped properly I don’t know. And overall the takeaway was that I felt really sick afterwards and my husband almost threw up, despite us last eating at breakfast, so no cross food intake. Overall, cute place but not worth the hefty meals prices, and flavour. Would much rather go somewhere else and spend that kind of money for authentically delicious meals.

No soup-based pho in this Vietnamese restaurant. This is a Chinese restaurant in disguise ;) Ordered beef kway teow, chicken fried rice and banana sago for dessert. They have a big place but it fills up fast and you can see that they operate a mean business to keep customers moving on so that they can seat more. Forty minutes into our meal, we asked to serve the dessert. After another ten minutes we were told it's "sold out". That's a joke. Clearly they just wanted to shift my family out so that they can seat more. Portions were as big as their price tags, which is a good thing. But I learnt this too late, would be good to order for sharing and from this experience, I won't return.

Decided to eat here after a quick scout around on Zomato. The service was quick and friendly. Decor pretty straight forward. The entrees of pork and vege spring rolls and prawn fritters were both really delicious and generous portions too. The ginger chicken had plenty of vegetables in it, and a fairly mild sort of taste. The combination fried noodles was tastier, and both dishes were again of good size. Nice fluffy rice to accompany. With corkage, it was only $58, which I think is pretty reasonable.

I wouldn't even give one star but I couldn't post a review without doing so.

Our experience was so bad I decided to leave a review. I made a reservation for 7pm Friday 14th for 2. When we arrived our reservation was not recorded and we were told to just sit anywhere. We chose a table out front and watched staff walk back and forth but not one stopped to even provide a menu. After 20 minutes we had to actually pull someone aside and ask if we could please have menus and a couple of wine glasses. These came out and we enjoyed a glass of wine thinking we would be served. Over the following 30 minutes again we watched staff come out and walk past and back inside on numerous occasions again no one came to serve us. After 35 minutes we just left. Total 55 minutes at the place with a reservation made earlier in the week and nothing. Ill never go back or recommend and Ive been living locally for 18 years. Thanks Hoang Kim for terrible experience on Valentines evening for...

Have eaten here on quite a few occassions as food is very enjoyable...but recent Banquet and service was somewhat disappointing..I was told better to have Banquet for larger party as it's faster service and as they don't like individual payment it works out better for them...It was a busy night I realise...but we had to wait too long between courses, infact had to ask them to hurry it up as we had several children of varying ages they were catering for smaller parties inside and I felt we were left ...Birthday cake was brought to table..no Knife or cake slice...had to ask several times...then had to wait for cake plates...Asked for bottled water top up also had to ask for wine glasses and it was obvious from arrival that we had brought drinks...One bottle of water was brought to table for 10 Adults..and 7 children...after initial supply...I won't book here for larger gatherings in future...it's ok for table of two to...
