Hungry Jack's Burgers Beechboro — Restaurant in Western Australia

Honestly reviews need to have a 0star option because this place has earned it multiple times from me, if the lady serving at the window wasn’t so rude about it I wouldn’t have cared AS much but when you ask for it to be filled a bit more and they grab it and hand it back after showing the manager and laughing saying “that’s the size you get,that’s full” not acceptable.

It wasn’t even half full and being swirled the whole middle was empty, it was that empty that there was too much syrup vs ice cream

That lady cannot say that’s how it’s done as myself and my partner have worked in that line of work and have made much better quality soft serve and we have shown a friend who currently works at hungry jacks and has said this is not an acceptable product to give

This is my final straw so often our orders are missing stuff or getting messed up (often I asked for a iced coffee and I get asked if it’s a large or medium coke? Like what?) the language barriers here are not up to standard and especially during peak times need to have a more fluent understanding serving at window do avoid lineups, the fact I’ve multiple times been parked over 2 frozen cokes and 2 large chips when there’s nobody behind me just for the timer, No, just so wrong

It makes sense why Kfc next door is so busy it’s because the quality is better there and they have respectful staff that are not rude and when trying to think what drink in a meal say “so do you want anything else” rudely and rushing me or “coke it is” it’s rude and often it takes me a minute to think as I have to check with my partner what she wants to eat and then repeat what she says

If it wasn’t my local I’d be gone from here but I’m hoping they can be better quality then they are currently soon or I may resort to eating from the skip bin at least they can’t be...

This is the worst experience i have ever had at Hungry Jacks because i ordered an online order ordering a cheeseburger super stunner with no ketchup and mustard witch thankfully they got right. But I ordered a space shake as the drink costing me an extra $2, and this lady didn't even care to tell me that she gave me a biscoff shake instead and if i haven't of checked my shake i would of went home with a biscoff shake which i didn't order so i asked the lady and she told me "oh we are out of the space shake" which was wrong because 1 she should of told me straight away after she realized that they didn't have it which i understand but its wrong to give a costumer a random drink of your choice. what if i was allergic? And she didn't apologies or anything and i didn't feel like picking a fight but i don't think she cared much because i was young and she thought i didnt know any better, and if i was an adult she would of told me and treated me differently which was wrong. Then she gave me my food and i asked "Could i please have my free hungry jacks cup because i ordered a large meal" and she replied with "oh umm ye sure" really rudely and acted like she couldn't not care less. i went at late at night around 8:45 - 9pm which i get its late and your tired but that is still no way to treat customers like that. Hungry jacks tonight was quite terrible. Your drive through speakers is not functioning properly, I mentioned it to your drive through staff, and was informed it's been like that for days. Guys put a sign on the speaker to say that it's not functioning properly and take the order at the window. I understand it's hard, I use to work in hospitality, but if you're having trouble taking orders it would effect badly on your business. I ordered the grilled chicken burger meal tonight and it was the worst I've had ever. Chips tasted old, I live 3 mins from your restaurant by the time I got home the chips were cold and tough. The grilled chicken was also tough. I've had grilled chicken burgers from your restaurant before never has it been this dried and tough. The burger itself was dry because it had what seem like a pinch of lettuce and a mini slice of tomatoe. I'm sorry I don't know what's going on, but it must have not been a good night for you guys. I hope the next time I get food from you guys it won't be like tonight, and tonight was just a 1 off thing, because I feel like tonight it wasn't...
