Hungry Jack's Burgers Beeliar — Restaurant in Western Australia

I came here after school to get my children some kids meals, the guy who served me was very rude and rushing me then when i got to the window to pay the big indian lady shoved the eftpos machine in my face and i asked her to clarify the order as i have had issues with the incorrect payment before. she rolls her eyes and mutters the order so fast and in such a thick accent i can’t understand a single word she is saying and then she tells me to park when there is so many cars in the car park but i go park, i then wait for almost 20 minutes waiting for all my food and my drinks to all be bought out. this is terrible service, the ice cream and frozen drinks were half melted and the food wasn’t even fresh. the bacon deluxe was not made to standard it was sloppily put together and was clearly not made fresh as it was cold. the management here really needs to step up and do something to make sure customers get the best experience. my mate who works here said that the big lady will get them to post fake reviews making their company look more appealing when there is nothing good to be said about it as the service and the food is straight up terrible is just wrong and pathetic; maybe put the customer first like other fast food places instead of...

AVOID. Went through again today. Months later. Hoping they'd improved and could get a simple super stunner 5 item meal right. No. Drink wrong. No dipping sauce, despite being asked. No serviettes. Advertised price on billboard wrong as well. It was 10% more. "Staff training" given as the reason our last 3 meals months apart, have all been incorrect. Yet the manager was there overseeing this order, and it was still wrong. ----‐------------------------------------------------------------------ Staff friendly but service is so slow. Had to ask for sauce twice. Not even serviettes in the bag. Treated myself to a $17 grilled Chicago Angus Large meal. It came with the tiniest brioche bun. So small the contents sloshed over into the box and made it tricky to eat. Chips were a modest serve as well.

I thought paying more would be better. It wasn't. Stick to their standard whopper burger meals, if you don't want to be hungry after. Disappointing. This was more suited to a kid size meal, than a hungry tradie. C'mon HJ...

Woke up this morning my partner is sick as I wanted to get her her safe food at HJ’s but Met the rudest guy ever today. I asked for a cheese whooper. Got a cheeseburger. I said sorry it must be a misunderstanding but i asked for a whooper with extra mayo and lettuce. The guy where we pick up our order was rude as. He was like it’s written cheeseburger here. Again I said No sorry Sir, if you could help me out I asked for a whooper, he didn’t even look at me, also looked pissed as. As a Chef and also working in hospitality, dealing with customers as well it is not how you deal with customers and also I will post what I got for paying an extra $4 when I opened my burger at home there was no lettuce, no mayo, no tomato!!!As a Chef I never disrespected food like this.
