Hungry Jack's Burgers Bunbury — Restaurant in Western Australia

Have just returned from HJ's using the drive thru. Initially we were asked for our order, then the staff member didn't speak to us to confirm our order, they had left out order to take another order from a car on the other lane, arrived after us, made the order with a small issue of not correctly reading the order back, got that sorted. Got to payment window staff member disappeared......I commented to hubby, we're not having much luck, upon staff member returning payment went thru, there seemed to be interference run by several staff, obviously trying to "help" only to make things worse, and, yep we got the wrong order, cold soggy burgers that were not our order, although the girl at window did try to give a second order, to be told by an older woman, no they have their order, well technically we had someone else's order, and it was awful. Not good enough, and the attitude of senior staff, I believe needs...

Absolutely disgusting! Everything from service to food to the appalling state of the kitchen was absolutely horrible. In the time I was waiting to be served (far too long) 3 orders came back because items had been forgotten by staff. I ordered a 2 bursties drinks, a bbq cheeseburger and a whopper. The cheeseburger I was given was not bbq and the drinks had so little bursties that I had to ask for them to be remade (there's a point where cutting costs becomes ripping people off). The attitude of the staff is negligible at best, the worst I've experienced yet.

And the kitchen. The floor was so dirty that rodents would think twice before eating off it! The area where the ice creams and storms are made (right in view of customers) was no better than the floor. The chip bin and fryers look like they haven't been properly cleaned or maintained in weeks.

It will be a cold day in hell before I return to this...

Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a Hungry Jacks. I thought that taking my 6 year old out for dinner here would be fun as he was quite excited about it, but oh boy was I wrong. One particular staff member obviously had her boyfriend in store who was causing a disturbance with his friend, swearing and causing a scene, shouting across the room. This staff member was also shouting at him from across the restaurant. She then went on to yell at her team mates who were working peacefully (or trying to). She was very rude to everyone around her and definitely did not want to serve customers who were waiting at the counter. The dining room was disgustingly dirty as well. I thought it would be a nice experience as I’ve been here countless times before, but this was not something I would want my child to listen to or watch. Not a good look for Bunbury...
