Hungry Jack's Burgers Gosnells — Restaurant in Western Australia

Hello Hungary Jack's Gosnells,

I do not eat fast food due to my religion, but recently I have been informed that HJs Gosnells is now halal certified so on September 28, at 16:15 I visited your store to have a Grilled Chicken, as when I used to work for Hungry Jacks this was my favourite burger. I am certain you could easily check in your front counter camera that no one welcomed me for more than 5 minutes from.the time entered into your Gonells store. I wasn't sure who was the designated person for serving customers at front counter but after good 5 minutes I had to speak up and approached to someone If anyone was serving. The female crew who was standing all the time showing her back, came in front of the POS, there was no apology or courtesy to ask me 'What Would You Like'. I know we often don't mean the apology but words are stronger than you actually mean it. Anyways, I ordered for a Grilled Chicken burger and requested fresh from the broiler. If you can prove I am lying I would pay for another Grilled Chicken burger but not have it. I mentioned to her three times that fresh from the broiler and because I worked for HJs before, we used to inform the burger maker that customer wants straight from the broiler or fryer, unless you have a system to mention through the POS now which is communicated through the burger room's screens. So the female crew didn't mention this to the burger maker and I was about to serve with an old patty. The person who served me didn't know about this as she was running both front and drive through customers, she also wasn't informed by the person who served me regarding a fresh patt. The lady who was serving in both station I would still call her a champion lady. Sorry to see one burger is wasted or someone else will have to eat this old burger. Salad burgers you can keep on the heat chute up to 10 minutes only. The female crew who served me started serving other customers and there was one guy wearing a black hoodie with his brother actually came before me but he was wondering around who to order so this means he wasn't served or even welcomed by someone more than I was standing there. My feedback is not for the entire store or other crew members as I didn't notice any problems but this particular crew is the burden or a drawback for this store. Just for some handful of crew members, stores get negative feedback and other hard working and sincere crew members and manager also have to face this. I know there is a provision in any business that if someone isn't polite and doesn't know the job, can't be fired immediately but a good one to one lesson and teach that crew member some manners would make everyone's life easy and I am sure this is her natural way of talking despite of the job. She wanst also packing the order, the girl who was packing for drive through was packing and serving to customers at front counter too. I mean are you serious? You are getting paid just for pressing button on the POS? Every single penny as a salary to this female crew is such a waste, instead, increase the salary of that female crew member who was doing the job of that front counter order taker.

I didn't notice the name of the crew member who served me but if you seriously give value of customers feedback, you would check who the person was and teach some manners.

My feedback is not for free burgers or vouchers as I don't even eat fast food and I don't even know when the next time I will have HJs again, but my feedback is particularly for that female crew member. Also, she was drinking in front of the customers. Drinking and eating are good only when you are not at serving area and if you are inside the serving area or burger room, you hide yourself so that your customers...

As of late they are just simply useless at this store.

I placed an online order and collected through drive thru, i parked up and checked each burger (because I have so little faith in them) and not to my surprise they stuffed my order up.

(Order consisted of: 2 medium chips, 1 tropical whopper and 1 Double tropical whopper both with extra sauce and mayo)

I received everything except the single tropical whopper, they gave me a regular whopper (which my pregnant wife would not have been very happy with) (also I'll add here that it seemed like the kitchen hand was a bit angry and turned both burgers into a sea of mayo there was like 8x the normal amount it was nuts but I can deal with that)

So I went back through drive thru and told them and the girl at the drive thru is like: "we have no pineapple" Me: I literally have a burger with pineapple in it that I just picked up from here, my other burger was made wrong Girl: yeah that was the last of the pineapple....... Me: so instead of telling me you ran out (which I would have been ok with) you just straight up gave me the wrong order? Girl: well you can have a refund.(by this stage the drive thru was filling up and I'm not going to hold up the hungry masses) Me: so I just took the wrong order and left very very...
