At 9.14am I went through the drive thru at this Hj’s Harrisdale. I ordered a coffee and a hash brown, that was it. Not a single person inside or in the drive thru. I was instructed to drive around and wait in a parking bay. not an issue. By the time my coffee n hash brow came, the hash brown was literally stone cold. Not impressed I had to get out of the car, that’s why it’s a drive thru after all, but thought I could just exchange it for a fresh hot one. This is where it got interesting. The young guy came to me, I told him it was cold, he gave me the option to wait or get my money back. They had nothing on the heat at all so when I quietly said I’ll just get the money, he yell at me “What” speak up. So not to use his face as a tee towel, I had to unfortunately raise my voice for the return of my $2, on principle. Every other drive thru was busy except hj’s. Once I drove off I understood why. If these are the kids hj’s are using for shift managers I suggest you guide and train them a little better to be more respectful to others. I was looking for to that warm/ hot hash...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would, I went to hungry jacks tonight, had to say my order 4 times only for the lady to still not get it right when I pulled around and had to pay I asked her to read me my order and she got it all wrong it took so many times to get it right it wasn’t difficult I didn’t add or change anything to the burgers she just wasn’t listening. I transferred money to my account the tapped my phone, she thumb up me to go to the next window where they ask me to pay again, u show them the payment in my transaction and then she walks off . The manager patronised me saying I don’t know how banking and money works and that couldn’t be further from the truth when my job is handling money and transactions everyday. I had the worst experience, no one was trying to help me or anything they just couldn’t be bothered and the manager treated me like I was stupid and it infuriated me ruined my whole day. Read moreWhen through Drive through and placed my order to be asked to drive and wait out the front for my order. 15 minutes later my husband went into the store to enquire about our meal to be told that they had Not prepared it yet and that it would take another 2 minutes. My husband said that this was not good enough and he would go elsewhere. He was Never offended a refund or an apology for the mix up. I then went into the store to ask for them to make my order or to give me a refund and the Manager said that my husband said that he was going to go elsewhere, I asked him to either make my order or refund me and he said that he didn’t like the way I was talking to him ( I never raised my voice or swore at him ) I then asked Why he never offered my husband a refund, the Manager said that my husband never asked for a refund he only said that he would go elsewhere. I got a refund and No Apology for wasting 20 minutes of my time. Very Disappointed with this Manager and will not be going...
