Lazy Janes Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

I wanted to congratulate everyone working at this beautiful café. After being knocked back at other cafes on my way home ,(approx 11am -11.30am yesterday - I was FINALLY able to obtain a couple of sandwiches "made to order" from here, priced reasonably , full of fillings , really yummy & all with a smile thrown in. I was particularly impressed by the young lady on the counter, who answered my question and showed so much support for both other businesses & staff by mentioning that many of the other cafes are struggling to find staff ... so much so that pre-ordered sandwiches made offsite are ALL they have available. I wasn't aware this was the case , & why it"s always really refreshing to have someone take the time to share their knowledge with you...& as I thanked her , I left feeling much better than I had earlier. Always enjoy going to Lazy Jane's. The service is happy and friendly and have noticed once the staff get to know you they remember your order. Always quite a few people there which to me shows a good cafe with a good reputation. I am aware personally of quite a few people that frequent there. Plus the owner will mingle with customers and get to know them. She is a very friendly, professional owner. Would highly recommend Lazy Jane's to anyone. I have been a regular customer due to good food quality however I agree with another review saying that I feel like I’m putting staff out by being here. I am currently sitting here waiting for my parents to eat as our order was stuffed up. They only brought mine to table… when I enquired after confusion I was then told it would be another 10mins. No explanation no apologies. I asked another staff member what happened & was told they’d find out…. Still no engagement by staff. Very...
