Spicy Flavours Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Western Australia

I placed an order at 17:45 last night I was told it would be 40 minutes. I got down there for 18:20 I spoke to the lady behind the counter she advised it would be another 10 minutes.

Multiple people were waiting to collect their takeaway orders. The service was awful. I heard the lady behind the counter telling multiple customers on the phone that they have stopped taking orders due to how busy they were.

3 people in front of me were complaining about waiting for over an hour.

I finally got my food order at 19:35. Which was an hour and fifty minutes after I placed it, which is a joke.

Then to my disgusted when I got home I had an item missing. Only to be told to come back Wednesday to get a refund for the missing item.

The lady behind the counter stated she had been working there for 3 years. But she kept getting everyones names wrong. I was waiting at the restaurant for over an hour and I could tell you what their names were.

The food was good, but service was piss poor! Do not recommend!

They told multiple people that they had stop taking orders. But then re started taking...

Great food and great service. Tried this restaurant after our local Indian restaurant was not answering their phone.. their loss because after purchasing food from spicy flavours we will not be going back. Well worth the extra travel time. We had lamb Rogan josh which I was able to request heat level, medium heat was perfect with a good amount of kick with out being over powering. Big tender pieces of lamb - delicious.butter chicken - mild was the best butter chicken dish we’ve ever had.you could really tell that the chicken was tandoori cooked. We also had the garlic naan bread which was a good size and was still delicious by the time we got it home - cooked perfectly. And to top the experience of the friendly service at restaurant for ordering and pick up was great!...

We went there for dinner a month ago, the lady at the counter was very rude and told us that the company policy that we have to wait to be sitted. There was only one other family and the place was empty, we were tired and just wanted to sit down after 8 hour's flight. So we sat down and the lady would come and sit us but the she warn us, " I told you to wait and it's our company's policy that you must wait to be sitted. " We would have walk out but we were tired so we ordered the food anyways. The food was nothing to rave about. Anyways, another lady came and she was nice. Anyways, we will never go back there with that type...
