Red Rooster Miami — Restaurant in Western Australia

I went through the drive thru and I only order three things, a family portion of chips and two chocolate mousse. Took a little while to get to the window and pay, the young girl come to the window and repeated my order, I then confirmed, 2 minutes later she handed me a bag, I then drove home. When I got home, I opened the bag to see just the family chips in the bag, no sign of the chocolate mousse, I then called the store and spoke to a guy, who said no one was available to deliver them, but I can come back and get them. When I went back to red rooster I was greeted with a shitty apology and handed me the two mousse, when I got home, the chips were cold due to the mess around Poor service!!! How hard is it to remember three items with two of them being the exact same, poor service....

Amazing, tasty and fresh chicken! 💥💥💥💥💥 Great , friendly staff- after visiting them 6th time- the same outcome! Bravo and great Job guys there. P.S. I went to Falcon and Mandurah red rooster to compare those delicious chicken and the service. OMG. I wouldn't gave them even 2 stars. Chicken was dry- like from the previous day there. When I asked in Falcon- why is it cold? They answered me: because it's not hot🤬🤬🤬🤬. Well, good point😀, but- not worth it to visit Falcon or Mandurah next time .
