Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Disorganised Staff
I placed a takeaway order and was asked to wait 25 minutes. After patiently waiting, I went to collect it—only to be asked again what my order was. Two new staff members at the counter were literally arguing among themselves instead of helping customers. Then they had the nerve to ask me to wait another 5 minutes and even suggested I order something else instead!
This is completely unacceptable. There was zero professionalism, no apology, and clearly no idea how to manage customer service. If this is how your team handles simple takeaway orders, it reflects very poorly on your entire business.
I strongly urge the owner to replace these untrained, careless staff with professional, competent people who actually value customers. You just lost a loyal customer today—and I won’t be recommending your place to anyone until...

Bought:- Chicken Shawarma platter - for my wife, Lamb mansaf & Can of lemonade. Total - $56.
I was served by an young block(I presume he is related to the owner). He didn’t care about the order. His attitude was as if I requested food for FREE. Absolutely bizarre service.
Wait time was decent, it only took 20 minutes. Chicken shwarma and the rice(got with Mansaf) was good.
But Lamb meat was the worst I ever had in my entire life. It was so sour. Even after 30 minutes of tasting it, my taste buds are still sour.
Thanks to the ‘go home and dump it’ attitude by the young block. They gave food in takeaway containers. So everything is neatly packed.
Thanks for the experience, Never coming back!

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional service. I called this place to order, and the person who answered asked me to hold — which I did, for over five minutes. No apology, no follow-up — just forgotten on the line like my time means nothing. I hung up and called back, and when I asked for clarification about a menu item, the person on the phone had the nerve to get angry and sarcastically ask if I was “serious” for expecting him to explain it. Yes, I am serious — it’s called customer. If you can’t handle a basic phone call without snapping at people, maybe close the restaurant until you figure out how to treat customers with basic respect.
Restaurants are everywhere — ones with decent food AND decent manners. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being ignored and talked down to....
