Came here for a quick bite. Ordered a pepper pie and a take away latte. Was not informed there would be a wait. But i gathered seeing how busy they were and how slow their barista was. She Did one coffee at a time, the barista cant multitask. After 10 minutes i eventually get my coffee and its half filled up with foam. I knew instantly when i picked it up. Before even opening the coffee
And any well trained barista would have know too, that its too light. But she still choose to put it out. Which shows you, just how much pride she has in her job. I went to the till, told them ive been waiting for a long time and now ive gotten my coffee and its half foam. The girl said, oh they should have told you there was a wait. I said I dont mind waitng as long as i get a good coffee, but look at it. It is half foam.
So she replied back. So what do you want? Do you want a refund or remake it? I said well how long will it take to remake? she replies back 10-15 minutes. Its ricdualous. They mess up and now they wont even make my coffee priority.
So, i then ask for a refund and get told. That will take 5 minutes. Because the only person who can do it is....the barista ( the person who screwed it up in the first place). So i said i'll wait. and refused to move from the Main till. Its amazing how suddenly we are able to change things and stop making coffees and give me my refund.
All the girls are so misreable, exceot for the red head girl in the black top at the take away counter. Even thought she was also under the pump. She was still friendly and smiled at...
Read moreTerribly glum poor attitude of both the server and the manageress Ella. This is what desperate for staff looks like, when all staff are under 18 and look like they are forced to work there. Overcharged, were sketchy to give a receipt in the first place and when I head back to point it out I am made feel like I have put them out. Regardless of the dollar amount if you are overcharging customers even $5 for every customer without their knowledge this is akin to stealing, so the least you can do is have some manners with even a slight apology. But behaved like MEH and more like I have put you out as if this is pretty normal practice for you/or you Ella don't really have any respect for customers with your entitled behaviour and too immature for this role. Recived a call that my dad is getting discharged from nearby hospital and I have to be there immidetaly for the paperworks and all that asked for my order to get cancelled the manager refused and stated ohhhh we made your order!!!! the sandwiches were already made and sitting in cabinet it wasnt hot food if it was hot food that was inapporopriate of me to cancel the order. plus if you charging me ridicolously extra for dine in the you should have reimbersed my money for take away order....
