Disgusting customer service attitude from all staff, disgusting hygiene practice as food & beverage staff.
Ordered three coffees, all of which were served barely lukewarm. When I returned them, the staff member named Flora (if that was indeed her real name she provided) instructed another team member to pour all three partially consumed coffees back into a single milk frothing jug to reheat them together. This was done despite clear evidence that each cup had already been sipped from by three different people. I was honestly speechless witnessing this, it is a highly unhygienic and unacceptable practice.
When I raised my concern with Flora, she responded by saying that next time I should request my coffee “extra hot.” I explained that I order coffee daily and know what an appropriate serving temperature should be, certainly not barely lukewarm, as even my young child could have comfortably drunk it immediately.
What made matters worse was the staff’s attitude. All three staff members present (including Flora) appeared dismissive and unprofessional. There was no apology, no courtesy, and their expressions conveyed annoyance rather than care.
I have never encountered such poor customer service and disregard for hygiene standards at any café before, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I urge management to investigate this incident seriously, as such practices pose a clear health and safety concern and reflect very poorly...

Most people aren't taking cash due to covid but this was the only type of payment they were taking as apparently the eftpos machine wasn' working. We ordered our food and sat down. The waitress who served us the coffees was very rude when we asked were they our coffees she said yes and glared at us. She didn't proceed to tell us "2 soy caps" she didn't say that. Then when we told her that we ordered 2 apple juices not 1 she rudely said you only ordered one. She then got the lady who served us who came up to us and said you ordered one apple juice and you confirmed that it was 1 when I asked you. My elderly Dad in his seventies ordered the spinach and chicken crepes but didn’t realise there was chicken in it which he can’t eat. Sent it back expecting a refund or simply to exchange it for something else for lunch. The boss was stubborn, and would not even refund or exchange the food. The food was completely untouched. So rude and ridiculous. It completely ruined our lunch, my poor Dad was really upset. It’s sad that the boss there did not have kindness, compassion or decency to make the situation right.
