Mountain Mantras — Restaurant in Western Australia

The food was really good but unfortunately service was lacking. We arrived (5 of us including my 6 year old) and there were three tables reserved. Which remained empty the entire time we were there and I’m guessing long after we were gone.

Would have been an easy fix if they moved around the furniture a bit. But this didn’t happen.

We sat outside because there was no where else to sit but asked if we could sit inside when tables cleared up as it was a cold day(and windy) 🥶

Then the thing that disappointed me most happened. When one table finally cleared up, they gave it to someone else! Who came in much later than us 😞

To make matters worse, when another group who didn’t have a reservation arrived, they made room inside for them.

Basically the gist of this review is this:

We asked to be seated inside but we’re totally neglected.

The food was good, but that took away from the experience as we were left to eat outside in the cold despite requesting to be seated inside.

But I know how to avoid this issue in the future. Just call in and reserve a table the next time I intend to go there 🤣

Worst place to go for food. This place is full of liars, every single time I ordered these people say 10-15 mins and when you actually go there after 30 mins, they still say 30 mins more. If you can’t make in 10-15 mins why don’t you tell that it will take hour? If you are going for take away just make sure you have more than 1 hrs spare time cause I never got my food in less than 45 mins even though it was promised for 15 mins. These people don’t know value of time of customers and just keep continuing lying. I had seen enough drama on valentine day but I was still going as it’s closer from my house. Never ever going again cause you guys never realised your mistakes. At least you should be paying attention to customers reviews. Talking about the customer service “worst”. Talking about the food “not good at all”. I am not a food blogger to rate their food but I know the taste of the food. First thing, we dine in for 3 people we ordered 3 drinks/chicken lollipop/steam momo/khana set with goat and dachi. But after the order there were no any staff who served us with water, plates or even the drinks we ordered. Secondly they severed us our mains before our entrees. Every time I had go myself at the counter and ask for drinks and food too. At the end we canceled our entrees and we could not even finish our main food. Because the food were very tasteless. So please guys work on your customer service and food too.
