Authentic hidden gem. We came here for lunch on the weekend. We had never been to this restaurant before but liked the sound of the authentic menu. It didn't sound like your 'normal' boring dishes that are typical of the 'British Indian Style' you get at most restaurants. This restaurant certainly didn't disappoint. We kept ordering more food as we went along as it was so nice. We enjoyed trying food that we hadn't tried before. The lady that took our orders was so lovely and friendly, polite and kind. We ordered a traditional Indian coffee and ginger and cardamon tea whilst perusing the menu (we ended up having 3 each throughout the meal as they were so nice). We ordered the Kuzhi Paniyaram for starters to share, which were a restaurant specialty. We had never had these tasty treats before. They came with two chutneys and were hot and delicious. For our mains we ordered a chicken kizi poratha which came wrapped in a banana leaf, an authentic south Indian chicken curry, which was a restaurant specialty and two tandoori roti. The kizi roti was presented in a wrapped banana leaf and was full of flavour with big chunks of chicken in it and melted in your mouth. The chicken curry had lots of chicken pieces in it and the gravy had lots of flavour, the roti was lovely and fluffy. We then ordered another drink each and a portion of chicken majestic. This had a lovely tangy taste and the chicken melted in your mouth. We then finished off our beautiful flavoursome meal with another hot drink each and a portion of semiya payasam and rasmali. This was a great way to end such a beautiful banquet. All the food was freshly prepared and came hot to the table. The service was first rate and the chef's skills were fantastic. It definitely brought back great memories from going to South India. The explosion of flavours in the dishes were fantastic. We will definitly make the 35 minute journey again to visit your lovely restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a charming restaurant where the chef's touch truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment the first plate arrived. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, showcasing the chef's expertise and passion for culinary artistry especially the seeraga samba biryani, vada, kili parota and paniyaram. I am not a tea or coffee person myself but my friends mentioned that the ginger tea was awesome. It was evident that they had a deep understanding of indian cuisine the way in which they complement flavors and how to balance them perfectly, resulting in a harmonious explosion of taste with every bite. Furthermore, the presentation of the food was nothing short of stunning. Each plate was meticulously arranged, showcasing the chef's artistic flair. It was like a work of art that you almost hesitated to disturb, but once you took that first bite, the flavors spoke for themselves, leaving you in awe of the culinary masterpiece before you. Overall, dining at this restaurant was a true testament to the chef's talent and passion of the owners. It was a culinary journey that left me with a deep appreciation for the artistry of the chef and a desire to return for more of their remarkable creations.

I'd be happy to provide feedback on Gama Gama Indian cuisine. Indian cuisine is known for its rich flavors, diverse ingredients, and unique cooking techniques.

Flavors: Gama Gama Indian cuisine is famous for its bold and vibrant flavors. The use of spices like curry leaves, mustard seeds, and tamarind adds a distinct taste to the dishes. The balance of flavors, such as the combination of spicy, tangy, and savory, is usually well-executed.

Variety: Gama Gama Indian cuisine offers a wide range of dishes, from dosas and idlis to sambar and rasam. Each state in India has its own specialty dishes, which adds to the diversity of the cuisine. It's great to see the variety and options available.

Healthy Options: Gama Gama Indian cuisine often includes steamed or fermented dishes, which are considered healthier alternatives to fried or heavy dishes. Dishes like idlis and dosas are made from fermented batter, which makes them light and easy to digest.

Regional Specialties: Each state in South India has its own specialties. For example, Tamil Nadu is known for its dosas , while Kerala is famous for its seafood and coconut-based curries. It's always exciting to explore the regional specialties and discover new flavors.
