I got menulog and I've been in store before and their dumplings were amazing and really enjoyed the golden buns so I was so excited to order and I got the worst food I think I've eaten in my entire life and made me and my partner so sick. The oil they used is insanely old like it tasted like fish. I got sweet and sour pork and they didn't give me any sauce so I literally paid $21 for battered pork bits that were fried in 3 day old oil. Literally everything was greasy and inedible. So so disappointed. Their "special" fried rice was pretty mid, it had a few pieces of pork and onion and that's it. Biggest waste of $64 of my entire life I'm so sad.

Shanghai dumplings were either badly freezer burnt or had mould growing on them. The dough smelt rancid as soon as I opened the takeaway container, then I saw the mould growing on the sides. Very unhappy about the money spent, what a waste.

It was edible but not delicious. The buns seem doughy and the other was a bit greasy and not much flavour. I do think other restaurants have better Chinese food. I'm not going to try it again.

Dumplings are the frozen ones you get from the store, no texture to the dumplings. Was given normal soy sauce with dumpling, should have been a sweet soy sauce.

The steamed rice was fridged rice reheated, the grains where hard and unpalatable.

Very disappointed with the food from here

*Edit - In response

Yes I can guarantee your rice was not fresh from the cooker, it was cooked a day before I can put money on it, it was dry and hard. The dumplings I got, sui mai and har gow tasted just like the frozen ones from aldi nothing like a good quality dumpling from a yumcha place. Typical to call a review useless if it's not positive. Atleast I know which restaurants to...

Sorry but Absolutely disgusting food, rice tasted burnt everything in the container looked grey, honey chicken was soaked in oil with soggy batter and some honey drizzled over the top, satay chicken was tasteless and was if cheap jar stuff was used and I ordered a shecuzuan beef which never came but instead a container with a couple of bits of chicken and veggies covered in sweet chilli sauce, The only decent thing we got was prawn crackers 1 star goes to the prawn crackers

When you spend $100+ on Chinese food you expect quality food

This store should be ashamed of the food they are serving up and like I told you on the phone you should shut up shop or employ some...
