Muzz Buzz - Kwinana — Restaurant in Western Australia

basically i normally get a coffee from here n its fine as my order isnt that complicated its jus a mocha w soy milk n extra caramel syrup. tell me y today i had to wait for so long which is not a problem but the girl (her name is chloe m pretty sure) that took my order i repeated myself twice jus incase she missed something and i get my coffee n tell me why neither does it taste like a mocha or has caramel syrup in it. n its like i didnt jus spend 10$ for my coffee to taste like jus plain soy milk (also didnt get a cookie but whateva) n i went back n tell me why chloe was so rude abt it she goes " i put so much caramel in it... blah blah blah" like girl it didnt taste like it so u clearly didnt put enough for a grande size n mind u the tone was actually so rude like whats w the sassiness. then she doesn't even reheat it or anything jus puts caramel syrup n hands it over to me like atleast microwave it girl n i literally said thankyou n sorry ab the inconvenience n she says some passive-aggressive remark as I drove off, which I didn’t fully catch. somethin like "take that .... blah blah blah. n literally had to microwave it myself. girl i understand it could be hard sometimes but really pick ur struggles u can't be ugly,...

For some reason I keep giving this store a chance because it’s local and I truly have had some really good drinks from here, but it’s more often than not thats it’s bad, today I ordered 1x coffee - tall, smooth operator coffee with an extra shot and 1x mystical mango - grande

Coffee is cold and the ‘smoothie’ is just a literal liquid only, no ice, no ‘fruit’ in it at all, coffee tastes nice but definitely no extra shot that I paid for, smoothie is undrinkable, unsure if they just put mango and milk only in there?

Can understand every drink/order can’t be PERFECT but how hard is it to do a job you’re hired to do? And if this is at the fault of the Uber drivers for the coffee rocking up cold it doesn’t excuse the smoothie.

My first review here and there could’ve been 10+ orders screwed up this year alone with maybe 2...

I would usually go here as it’s my local but they just happen to be the only muzzbuzz that can never seem to get it right, ever. Go to any other muzz buzz take my word for it you will have a much better experience, this place turns all there machines off easily a hour and a half before they shut without fail, not one time has it been other wise, not only that but when u actually are able to order something from the menu and actually get it it’s always disappointing they seem to be the only one of it’s franchise that are able to continuously make dry Granola pots with little to no yogurt and dry almost stale toasted croissants not worth your money...
