Avoid this untrustworthy place. We were the only customer when we arrived on a quiet Saturday night. The owner offered us $25 per person for the buffet dinner. The buffet section was untouched despite it's nearing 7pm. We thought that was a good deal and we accepted the offer. Half way through our meal, another couple walked in. We overheard this couple being marketed the buffet but at $35 per person, at which point we realized there was a separately placed leaflet for the buffet (the buffet was not on the menu, and the owner never mentioned the leaflet to us earlier). We got a bad feeling which was proven to be spot on when we went to pay. The cashier, another man, wanted to charge us $35 per person, but we stood our ground and had him called the owner, who conveniently had left the premise. The cashier reluctantly did and got the owner on the phone. After some back and forth, they reluctantly charged us $30 per person and we paid feeling cheated. That $10 wasn't much, but it is a...
Read moreI came here because of the good reviews but I was very dissapointed. People are out of their minds if they thinks their staff's behaviour is acceptable. I waited 20 mins for a kid who seemed to be high on something, to give me the wrong order. I could hear him shuffling his feet on the ground the entire time like he couldn't care less about his job. He put zero effort into serving me. When I initially went to order the kid just stared at me instead of asking me if I needed help or what I wanted to order. Finally after the 20 mins he gave me a meat box with chips instead of rice which I ordered. When I said this is meant to be with rice. His response was "Oooooooh with riiiice". No apology, but he did very quickly make the correct order this time with cold meat and rice instead of the fresh ingredients he had spent 20 mins making. The food was disgusting as well, the lamb was some kind of congealed meat, looked more...

We ordered half a charcoal chicken and the mixed meat platter; both incredible in terms of taste and value. Each came with a generous serving of garlic dip and Lebanese bread. The service was warm, friendly, and prompt as our food was ready within 15 minutes. The mixed platter came with 4 meats (chicken, prawn, lamb and kofta). Our personal favourites were the lamb and kofta, but the chicken and prawn were delicious as well. The meats were cooked perfectly, juicy and tender, and had a slight char to it (which we really enjoyed). The hummus and garlic dip paired perfectly with the meat, the salad and the biryani rice. The charcoal chicken was surprisingly delightful. It definitely packed in the charcoal flavour that we were hoping for. The bread that came with both meals was thin and tasty, even by itself. All in all, definitely one of the better Middle-Eastern restaurants we've...
