Hi, I used to be a Uber driver and would take orders from noodlebox darch quite often but i found myself waiting 30-45mins everytime i had a order and this would end up costing me quite a lot of money so in the end i had to ignore these orders. The problem i see with noodlebox darch is they are cooking food under about 10 differant business names on the uber eats app and refuse to hire the right amount of staff to compensate for this. So customers and uber drivers end up waiting very long times to get their food. So you don't just have angry customers, you have angry uber drivers lined up out the door as well a lot of the guys i knew would also ignore noodlebox darches orders because uber drivers get paid penny's on the dollar to wait so in the end its not worth it. I feel like the people who are running noodlebox darch are chasing profits rather than customer service and when you do that you end up losing more money in the end and losing all your loyal customers its a recipe for disaster. Also i order supreme leader chicken sometimes and last time i ordered it it was so dry i can't go...
Read moreI picked up a phone order, the cashier says $16.95 price is not displayed on the Eftpos machine I give it my card and it takes $17.08 out of my account. I had cash on me and would’ve used cash if they had of advised me what the real price was. Well on this occasion a cash grab for $.13 can cost a customer, and I can’t recommend anyone else goes there unless you’re very careful what you are actually paying for.
Dear business, if you wish to pass on your business costs to your customers directly in addition to your product pricing then you need to be upfront about it and honest, besides I’m sure there are laws that cover what you must do when surcharging. You are not allowed to help yourself to my bank account like you did tonight. Why would you do this when you accept orders from Uber eats etc and lose 30% to them but you want to get one percent back from customers that come in store, really? I’m considering a charge back with my bank. ...
Read moreHaven't been here for quite some time so I'd forgotten what my experience was before.....now I remember!! I ordered large Mongolian beef with steamed rice...$29.50. I like my food hot ( spicy )so asked for fresh chilli's to be added. I was told they didn't do fresh chilli's...ok.....add extra spice then. The meal itself was at best Ok. Hard to find the beef in my Mongolian beef. An abundance of rice and vegetables though. I think I counted 7 pieces of beef around two thirds the size of a 50c piece. This in a large tub which is a reasonable size. Not sure I'll bother again. Maybe I'll wait another 3 years and forget about this experience and try again!! Overall, just underwhelming. If it was packed with flavour and meat maybe I'd go back every couple of...
