Really disappointing experience today. The girl working on the making/baking was efficient. The other staff were too busy talking to their friends visiting over the counter to care about completing our order within a reasonable timeframe. The girls putting the sauce on our order couldn't even take off the seal on a new sauce bottle due to their long, painted fingernails (is this acceptable in food service now?) and had to pass it to their non-staff friend to open after fumbling around and talking for 5 minutes. I've seen multiple other reviews saying the same thing.. are you going to to something about it? The staff need to be supervised by someone...

Absolutely appalled by the service at Pink Pretzels in Mandurah Forum. We waited 25 minutes for our order, during which staff repeatedly assured us that it was “coming.” Eventually, they admitted they had given our order to someone else. Not only did they fail to apologize, but their idea of compensation was offering us a free sauce—something we neither wanted nor needed.

I saw this on Google Maps, as I wanted to try some sweet things in the area as I'm am not from around here. The pastel pink is really pleasing as all the workers there were females. Striked up a quick conversation on questions that I was curious to know, they were wonderful. The handwritten "enjoy" I like.

We ordered the Cinnamon Glaze and it was delicious like nothing I had ever experienced! 😲 Inside it was soft, warm, chewy and a little bit crunchy; plus it was sweet!
