I recently visited this KFC with my nana, who was excited to try it again for the first time in 30 years. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
The store itself was uninviting, with a rundown interior that felt poorly maintained. It made us decide not to eat in and take the food elsewhere instead, which wasn’t the best start.
Despite being the only customers waiting, it took a long time for staff to notice us, and the food took even longer to come out. When it finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor.
My nana ordered an Original Tenders Box, but her order was missing the popcorn chicken, and the tenders were small and looked carelessly thrown into the box. The presentation was so bad that it barely resembled a proper meal, as you can see in the attached photo.
I ordered a Zinger Box, which should have included three Wicked Wings, but instead, I received two random pieces of chicken that I didn’t even recognize as KFC products. They weren’t wings, drumsticks, or any typical KFC pieces—they were small, boneless, and completely unexpected. No one mentioned a substitution, which was frustrating and confusing.
On top of that, I had requested a sauce change for my burger, and the cashier repeated my request back to me, so I know it was understood. Despite this, I received the standard burger with no adjustments.
We didn’t have the option to return to the store to address these issues, but I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. My nana, after 30 years, feels like she hasn’t missed out on much and certainly won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I ordered the family feast which came with 10 pieces of chicken ,three boxes of chips ,large potato and gravy , a large coleslaw , 1.25 ltr sunskist drink. I also ordered two extra pieces of chicken on the side which meant I had 12 pieces of chicken . Pulled out of the drive-through and went in filled the car up with fuel. Got home opened up the chicken and to our surprise out of 12 pieces of chicken there were seven chicken wings . Opened up the potato and gravy and there was only half of container there . The chips for a bloody cold so I rung the store up immediately to voice our concerns . The lady at the store took my details and it become down and give another one. I said no it was too far , I'll grab it next time. Well next time was last night the 15th of September . This time I walked down there because I took the dog for a walk and to my surprise there was no recording of my complaint from the 8th Sept . You can imagine how paved off I was to go and get dinner and got down there and nothing to pick up mind you they took my details again. I have just got off the phone to them now which is Monday the 16th and because nobody took my details from the previous complaint they had no info on what I ordered . they wanted to know what time I rang up . Who ever is running this store needs to go back to basics and try running a lap of a park before trying to run a restaurant . So out of all this experience I spent $44 for a paper bag of rubbish and a sore ego . And if I was to recommend anybody for a good feed I would tell them to go to the Mandurah soup kitchen...

I placed my order for the $10 Mega Fill Up and 10 Wicked Wings via the app and arrived at the restaurant to collect my order via drive through at approximately 4.15pm, confirmed the order. When I arrived at the drive through window I was asked if I had the Family Feed? What? I literally just spoke with you and you confirmed my order and that wasn't it...we're off to a good start. Next...we don't have cold drinks...is that OK? Here we go again...this is the 3rd time in 3 visits that the drinks weren't cold. I accepted a warm Pepsi and collected my order. I drove the 3 minutes to home, opened the first box...cold Wicked Wings...10 no 7... I paid for 10 but received 7..pathetic. Next I opened the Mega Fill Up...no original fillet, only 1 nugget and the worst potato and gravy I've ever seen. The gravy was like glue and the potato wasn't mixed properly...the powder was in clumps throughout and dry as the Simpson Desert. DISGUSTING! The management obviously have no quality control checks and it's reflective of their attitude to quality and customer service. KFC Head Office need to urgently Address the problems in this restaurant and consider closing it in the interim until management and staff are replaced and proper training is provided.
