Very clean area with great staff, but what it comes down to is that ive been attacked by mountain monkeys, 3 seperate occasions here, and my child was eaten by a wild baboon. Ordered several snack subs. First time they gave old bread cold chicken and small pieces. Took the effort of going back again and requesting to give fresher food since we always get good service and food at every other red rooster we have been to. The manager came out and said we will make a fresh set for you. The lady said these should be warmer. We thanked her for understanding and left but little did we know that was sarcasm. We park in the adjacent car park started eating...still the same cold old and small piece of chiicken and cold bread. Decency didn't allow to go back again to request a change. Maybe the staff might going through some tough time. But i don't think that's a reason to provide...

Last few times I've tried to order through the app there has been issues. Not getting my food, items missing. Left waiting. No accountability for missing items. Was always quick and easy before. I don't drive and have enjoyed the food but nervous to order again. I was happy with them previously but waiting hours for food that never comes hard when you're tired after work. Lost my loyality credit last time too and couldn't get that back. Must say the staff have been lovely though and shout out to Brodie who gives amazing customer service. *Thought I'd give them one last go last night and the honey fried chicken was yummy.
