Food is amazing but customer service could have been much better. After purchasing a Groupon deal I called to order my food for takeaway. I was then informed that this deal is only available in the restaurant. After explaining that the Groupon deal DID NOT state this the lady on the phone said its only dine in thanks then hang-up the phone. I then went into the restaurant to show my groupon deal to prove it DID NOT state dine in. I was told it was restaurant policy and I had to take my complaint up with groupon. The lady then told me there had been a few of the same complaints and that the groupon deal was due to be changed. After asking to speak with the manager I was told he was not in. When asked if he could be called I was told they did not have a phone number for him. š¤ I was left standing at times when other customers were coming in to order. There was no sense of responsibility or trying to takecare of their customers. Extremely disappointing customer service after they know the problem. However the food was really good. Only to find an hour later, no Uber driver had yet been allocated to the order. 30 mins before closing, I had to call the restaurant direct and ask what was going on, to be fobbed off and told they canāt do anything as itās through Uber and asked if I wanted to select pick up option instead.?!? The simple reason the order was to deliver was because I was unable to leave the house with a sick child!!! NO Delivery service offered on their behalf for the inconvience. NO responsibility as a āclient of Uberā to the customer ordering to inform of delays. Had to get my neighbour to mind my child so I could drive to the restaurant myself and collect my orderā¦. Only to find on arrival there were 8 other pending deliveries waiting on the table in the coldā¦. No heat lamps. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...

Ordered Lamb vindaloo, for some reason had MILD written on the tub, was like eating a can of soup, no flavour except strong taste of capsicum which I hate, added my own chilli at home, to give it some resemblance of what I ordered. A real shame, just seems to be a rush job everytime I go there, too interested in the uber orders than the people who actually pick up, and they need to change their phone which I've told them for 3 years now, but they look at you with a blank stare, enquiring why they hang up on you when you call, although their line is always accompanied with loud interference when you call them, they can't hear you so they just hang up. I've been a customer for many years, but it really has been a series of bad meals for awhile now, so time for me to try elsewhere. Good luck, I hope it works...
