This used to be a good store, very convenient location, and hence I have been a regular customer for many years. However, in recent years, a couple of changes have come about which have caused me to become frustrated with this store.
Firstly, a couple of years ago: decreasing the number of fillings in each sub. I have a very simple order, so a rigid 4 slices of cheese and 4 slices of ham (the only fillings I get) on a footlong is a bit disappointing.
The most frustrating change, though, is the continuous price increases. It seems like every month the price for a VERY simple sub goes up. I have been getting the same order for years so Im fairly confident in the comparison. The price isn't even consistent with other subway store locations, so it seems it's not a company inflation thing. I understand it is only a couple of dollars, but it still adds up over time.

There was me and 1 other lady in the store and she was rushing around like there was 10 she then proceeded to rush the lady in front of me to tell her sauces and everything before she had even finished giving her the salad recommendations, she then gave the lady barely any salad and was very rude towards the Customer, she then served me and did the same thing giving me barely any salad of what I asked then asked what sauces I wanted and only gave me one of the sauces I asked for, she also some how managed to undertoast both mine and the lady in front of mes order and only put the sandwich in for like 10 seconds useless worker hope she...
Read moreCondescending, and rude staff. Judgmental staff. Displayed gross attitude towards customers who weren’t sure on what they wanted. My order wasn’t even understood and was given the wrong sub and not a chance to even see the meat applied as I was more or less pushed to pay and sent on my way. Staff unaware and unable to communicate properly other than “yes and no” and I’m not even sure they speak English.
When I called to tell them of the error they asked me call back later and hung up on me.
