Update - New review. I would have loved to review the food but they don't Take AMEX. Three issues here are, 1. Every other Fast food Chain takes AMEX so if they are that stingy on paying the merchant fees then what else are they cost cutting or cutting corners on. 2. AMEX fees are nominal these days, on par with VISA and MasterCard if only they bothered to negotiate directly. The service was extremely poor, with the staff member talking in a different language all over my food to another colleague. It was rude and unprofessional, It didn't really feel very hygienic without a mask on.

Read moreI am a Sub Way lover, for yrs and have traveled around to different restaurant. This venue has fast service and a very clean venue, as well as very fresh ingredients. But I find I have had to repeat my order on occasions. I was given the wrong order with chilli on it, which makes my lips swell up. I returned my sub way for a new one, and the staff apologise to me. But I felt like an other order number. No compassion for wasting my time, most places offer you money back/discount even a free drink for my burning lips. Customer service could improve. I still go back for the food :-) thats worth 10/10...

Requests are either ignored or you’re made to feel like you’re being annoying for making a request with your own food. The staff seemed annoyed by doing their jobs, makes the whole process unpleasant.
