Sadly I don’t think I will ever go back after the embarrassment of this mornings breakfast. Eftpos was playing up and the cashier said she would process our breakfast as there connection was very poor, and reset the machine, which took time and we had our meals but the time it rebooted (and still wasn’t working), the atm outside (which was known to them to be faulty) was also not working. After being given my meals I was then left stuck that I was needing to pay- they were unable to offer any real solution and I had to drive to the service station 2km away and use there atm to get cash to return to pay. It was really nice to see the manager hand a man a free coffee voucher whilst we were sitting there so he could get a coffee because he couldn’t access cash, but we simply got a “oh great thanks for that” for driving to get cash to pay, my partner wasn’t going to return... customer service goes a long way in small business- people see what’s going on...

Everytime I ordered a frappe it’s nothing like a frappe. It’s so watery. It’s like drinking ice with water. Very awful. Very disappointing as I tried so many different type of frappes the coffee club sells. I even tried rocky road, fruit frappes. I can only say do not bother trying to get a decent frappe here. You will be disappointed. Waste of money. Went in the bin. They don’t know how to make good drinks. I also tried the chai latte and it’s awful. Disgusting. The big veggie breakfast is also not the same as before. Don’t like the purple sauce. Only 1 toast. Had eggs sometimes that are soaking from the oil from the mushrooms. And eggs discoloured black from the mushrooms. No chick peas anymore. Disappointing the menu has been changed. I liked the old big...

I had a coffee and meal here today with my Mrs and even though the place was busy, we got our drinks and then our meals in the right amount of time. When we first parked up and saw the Saturday morning rush, we assumed it would take longer than usual but the service was on point!

In regards to the food, it was delicious to say the least. All ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Served at a perfect temperature.
