Disappointing. Paid 16k for an outdoor kitchen and expected better with service and execution. Lack of communication with their partner, RangehoodsWA who blamed each other for failing to deliver rangehood to my place. Had to leave my own workplace to go pick up. They also left me with all the packaging, metal off cuts and timber which won’t fit in my bin. Then the inverter switch was forgotten. I recently made a purchase at The Outdoor Chef, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of Yeti products and premium Weber barbecues and knowledge they offer. I bought a Yeti item as a gift, and the manager , I believe who was extremely helpful, guided me through the entire time. Wow, what an experience!!! My wife bought the Pitmaster's Feast for me, as my birthday present and it was a perfect gift. I learned so many tips and tricks, as we prepared, cooked and tasted a range of meats and sides. I loved it and know that everyone of my mates would love it too.
