William And J Patisserie — Restaurant in Western Australia

I order alot of food and drinks online and it's perfect everytime BUT today it wasn't!

I ordered a untoasted Turkish Bread Chicken, Avocado, Semi Dried Tomato Roll but I got a STALE Turkish bread which was NOT edible, chicken skin, tons of cheese NO avocado, NO semi dried tomatoes. It's in the bin along with my first mouthful (REVOLTING). My husband's 2 ham & cheese toasted sandwiches are okay, very bland, soggy and cold. 2 custard tarts NEVER came. 2 fruit flans ended up being ONE fruit flan. We were given 2 French Vanilla Slices which have been put in the bin because we don't eat them. William J Patisserie never even asked if we wanted substitutes and still charged us the full amount.

My husband rang them and complained about the order because it was all wrong.

They made me a Seafood/Salad wrap and gave me the Fruit flan that was missing from the original order.

The seafood wrap is delicious and my husband said it was the woman he spoke to on the phone that delivered the order to us.

Even though I've given you one star this time. I'm sure you will go back to 5 stars the next I order from you.

I often go to this place for a quick snack after shopping at Woolworths and usually can trust them but today I ordered a beef and cheese sausage and my mum ordered a beef and chilli cheese sausage. Absolute best service! I ordered Eggs Benny for delivery, thinking that the yolks would be hard. I live 16 mins away and it was beautiful eggs runny salmon yum and plenty of hollandaise. Will definitely be ordering again...
