I was given yesterday's food from the display case, it was cold, the chicken was burnt and very dry. The chef had added extra sauce on top to hide it, this is a known food service trick. The service person was kind enough to ask the chef to provide a freshly made meal. The freshly made food was much better, hot with less sauce and the chicken was fresh.
