Hi Presotea Nedlands,

I recently visited your Nedlands branch and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the drink I ordered. The staff’s attitude came across as unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the drink did not meet expectations in terms of taste and quality.

I usually check reviews before trying something new. I’ve been going to Presotea at other branches and always have been happy with the service. However, after this episode in Nedlands branch, I went and check the reviews and it seemed like I wasn’t the only one who complain about the staff 5 months or 5 years ago. Seems to me nothing has changed.

31.05.2025 The ice you saw was thin because I had removed the excess ice cubes. I live in Claremont, just a 10-minute drive from home. Therefore, your statement about the melting of 1.5 ice cubes is absurd. I was merely expressing my opinion. As for why I didn't return to the store for an exchange, it's because I felt it was unnecessary and a waste of time. Your store's response is truly disappointing.

I ordered two cups of brown sugar milk tea, but there was absolutely no caramel flavor at all. brown sugar milk tea is not supposed to have reduced sweetness, but this just tasted like bland milk with only a tiny bit of brown sugar It was terrible! Yesterday afternoon me and my boyfriend drank two bubble teas from your place. Exactly after 20 min my boyfriend god a big stomachache and started loose motion. After about 30 to 40 min drinking my tea I faced the same experience.
