Work — Restaurant in Western Australia

I ordered a large takeaway box of half potato bake and half cauliflower cheese, with gravy on top. My friend ordered a baked potato with gravy. She was then given potato bake instead, with gravy on top and the serving size did not even fill the container correctly. I was given what I asked for, with a beautiful amount of gravy on top, but the cauliflower had a sour taste to it, which makes me think it wasn’t cooked properly or was cooked alongside something else that changed its flavour. Im not a fan. The potato in the potato bake was cut too thick and they also had a slightly sour taste to them as well. My container was also not filled up correctly. I did not get what I paid for at all, I believe. And to make matters worse, the lady who completed my order tried to hand the box to me with a massive drip of cheese hanging down from the box. She noticed it beforehand but only fixed the issue when she saw the hesitation and disgust on my face when she tried to pass it over the glass counter to me. She then put it inside another box to avoid me touching the mess, which I was very grateful for. But overall, this was not a good experience and the worst it has ever tasted. I have been here MANY times before and gotten the exact same thing. This was just extremely disappointing. If I wasn’t already physically In pain from being so incredibly hungry, I wouldn’t have continued to eat it after the first few bites. It was an eatable meal, but one I wish to never eat again in my life. I also crunched down on a few pieces of sand throughout the meal. About 20mins ago i ordered 200g of roast pork - the girl that served me looked as though she absolutely hated her job and life in general! Me being there was nothing more than a nuisance to her!! She hacked and threw the meat in the container... which I smiled and thanked her for but the slap for me was being charged $14! Sorry but I feel that was a little overpriced given a full plate of food is roughly that price!! And the meat was dry and tasteless! Not a sprinkle of crackling either!!
