I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your cafĆ©. I came in to enjoy a coffeeāwhich, by the way, was excellentābut unfortunately, my experience was soured by something unexpected.
While I was placing my order, I overheard someone, who I assume may be the owner's daughter, mumbling something about me. Iām new to Thirroul, and I was taken aback by what felt like unprofessional and somewhat childish behavior.
I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps it was a misunderstandingābut I thought it was worth bringing to your attention. As a new local, Iām keen to support great small businesses, and I hope that moving forward, all customers feel equally welcomed...

The food is great and made with fresh ingredients. The sour dough bread is amazing and you can buy it by the loaf in store.
Unfortunately our meals were served on cold plates which meant the meals could have been a few degrees hotter as well.
You have to try their amazing house made pies. They are a huge serving of chunky comfort food goodness!!! They also make an awesome pork and fennel sausage roll which packs a hot chilly punch, not one for the kids but why would you want to share it anyway!! Lol š

Great coffee, but even greater souls. They truly smile beneath their masks, you can feel it, and they know me by name. They give my mind the fuel to succeed at my work daily, but each time I come by, they give my heart a much bigger dose of energy. More than any caffeinated beverage could give.
