Caesars Chicken — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Worst customer service ever. We had two under cooked chickens today which when we got them home there was even blood seeping out of them. Instead of providing great customer service you choose to humiliate my wife and her friend. We were not looking to get money back, just replace the under cooked chickens with new ones and we would have been on our way and happy customers. My wife did not make a big deal of it in the shop and asked to speak with the manager quietly however the young manager on duty proceeded to then be rude to my wife and her friend trying to prove the chickens were fine. I am very disappointed with the service provided and will be not coming back, neither will most of my friends whom I will pass on the experience we received. Been coming here since a young girl, came today as it was my favourite place to eat, two girls playing techno and trying to gabber behind the counter ? Extremely loud music no one wants to hear techno it’s disgusting and not a dance club, I also wanted to spend at least another $30 on items however I was rushed because she was obviously having a bad day and I was cut short when I would ask for something else and she would say the price kind you I had one person waiting behind me, the blonde girl on the til has horrible customer service and is very rude, management need to look at there workers they have representing the business. I never review but this was needed what a shame very unprofessional I will turn away if I see them working in there and will tell people to avoid as the way they look down on people...

Ordered a burger with the lot, with chips and a drink. Absolutely disgusting food. Burger was cold, sloppy, bacon wasn’t cooked properly, pattie was burnt on the out side and raw in the middle. On the plus side the chips were hot. This place has gone way down hill from the old owner. Second sloppy and cold meal I’ve had from that place. Thought I would give them another go and order something different. What a waist of money, again! Never ever going back. Will travel extra from now on and go to the takeaway on towradgi road.
