I work at one of the large supermarkets.

I've purchased lots of meat from Illawarra Smallgoods over the years & only meat I was skeptical to purchase was the fillet steak as the fillet steak my employer sells is pretty good.

Well I bit the bullet yesterday & purchased a whole fillet ($56).

I portioned it into three meals for 3 people & we had some tonight.

I will never but the steak from a supermarket again. This was beautiful & tender & tasted great. Not to mention it was around...

Have just put a lot of effort into cooking a beef roast marinated with garlic and pepper, this has to be the worst cut of meat I have ever bought, should have been advertised as silverside, on the plus side the...

Most of everything is usually good, but I made rissoles out of I kilo of there mince and first two bites I got a big chunk of bone that near broke my teeth I kid you not, I'll never buy mince from there again...
