Our Objective was to make our Son comfortable joining the University and you all made us comfortable with all the tasks and support you rendered to us. So if I have forgotten anyone its the Jetlag of flying 18 hours back to Dubai from Wollongong. So let me start by saying from the bottom of my heart a thank you and we will pray for all of you for your good health and prosperity. Before I came, it was Sam who took my details for the initial booking and thank you Sam for also helping Rose with the vessel and always supporting us. The person who convinced me and made it happen not just before I reached is Tiarra the lady with passion to show how customer centric she is not only doing my booking but till the last day she was always smiling, willing to help, asking if I need anything and most importantly is the dedication to all the others who also came by. So I recriprocate by saying this Tiarra you are one of the best Customer service, receptionist person I have ever met having travelled 20+ countries. So keep it up, You are an asset to any organisation you work for. Then I cant forget the team of housekeeping some I forgot the name, the ever loving and helpful Vik ( Spec), JP the guy who gave me the coffee and 3 others I forgot their names I am really sorry. But you HK not only clean but your efforts and work has swept us off our feet, we will always be obligated with memories of you all. Thank you. Cant forget the guy who fixed the oven and also the team who helped us all when we got stuck in the lift was awesome. Lastly the silent workers who work with a smile and are quiet. It smelt like Sewage for 3 days in our apartment, we couldnt sleep.. we were actually on the last level, but its like you were accommodating inside a Sewage tunnel 🤢. We paid almost $3000 for our 1 week stay & we got a Bite size TV 🤣🤣.. oh don't forget a DVD cd for movies, Yes it's a DVD player with your bite size TV. Take me back to the year 2000.. The room has a fan, doesn't do S#!+. You sleep in the same heat as outside. The Aircon, it just decorates the apartment. They need to sanitise clean those rooms, cause we left with bug bites and Rashes.. You get itchy in the rooms almost everyday. The room you can hear pipes s#!+. The only reason for a star it's for the Asian buffet lady that made my coffee ☕️ during Buffet breakfast cause it was really good 👍 They need to upgrade the surroundings of the pool cause it's stone tiles are coming apart, dangerous for the kids. Don't bother ordering room service, cause they never have ingredients to Pizzas you ordered unless they lazy asf to go cook it cause we tried room service again for a different day and same excuse - they tell you to go to a restaurant that's at the back of the apartment.. like there's a reason why it's called Room Service, people want to relax, Eat & chill and not leave the bloody room.. duh!.. The reception staff were incredibly rude. I needed to check in at 11 o’clock and was told I had to pay for a night before to allow me to check-in at 11 o’clock on the Saturday. I confirmed on the Friday if anyone had booked that room and no one had booked that room so there was no need to double charge me for two nights. The room was supposed to be for an accessible room with a wheelchair. There was no shower chair in the bathroom. This was not explained before the booking and I was not able to have a shower. I had checked in and paid in full and it was in my room getting ready for the wedding I was attending and I was told I had to come down and pay a deposit for the room even though I paid in full. When I arrived there at reception they said they couldn’t use my phone. I had to use a card because the machine wouldn’t allow me to tap with my phone. I went back to my room to get my card and came down and they said no I can’t tap with my card. I have to insert my card because the machine doesn’t work that way after speaking with them for about 20 minutes about how this machine would work. I discovered it was a policy to insert the card due to the refund that’s required for the deposit this was not explained at the start. This whole exercise took 45 minutes.
