Twice in a row I have ordered food from this place on menu log, both times I have had items missing. How hard is it to read a receipt???? I can't blame the drivers as the bag is stapled when he picks it up and drops it off. The receipt clearly says "schnitzel burger combo, Coke Zero" where's the cans?
The receipt clearly says "1.25 coke Zero" but you put a 1.25 Pepsi in the bag. ????
And I didn't get my can of coke Zero, I also ordered 2x 6 pieces nuggets. I only got 8 nuggets. Where's the extra 4 ?
This is a constant issue from this store. The owners or supervisors need to step up and seriously ask their workers are they reading receipts and are they double checking to make that all items are in the bag. Or are these worker's just plain lazy ???? When I called to complain the first girl put me through to a different person but I could hear through the phone the attitude she had when she asked someone else to speak to me. I then re explained that I had a Menulog order and 2 of my combos were missing items. I was told that they don’t deliver and that she wasn’t the one who packed it she said we could come down to get the missing items or we could get it tomorrow. I pointed out that the whole reason i ordered through Menulog was because of the weather and the storm. No offer of refund, insincere apology.
