The good: fresh! So many people working hard, quality filling.. full of pork and crispy too! Plenty of salad, was super generous ! That was so great to see.
The avg: bread it was soft and soggy, the outer crust not crispy or chewy like a good Bahn mi should be. Overall okay but the whole roll would have been so much better if the bread was nicer.
The way the roll was assembled, one side had no mayo or pâté meaning the undressed bread was exposed to salad… it quickly disintegrated, a little dollop on mayo in the middle didn’t to much season or dress the roll. It was also pretty expensive $18 however totally understand cost of ingredients is just going👆🏽👆🏽.
Overall pretty positive will definitely be back, it was still a good roll, fresh roll...

People need to get it out of their head that a Banh Mi roll needs to be hard as glass. The partner and I have never had a Banh Mi in Vietnam that cuts our mouth up, like a lot of them do here. The rolls at Krisp...
