Subway Figtree — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

This would have to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. When I arrived, there were 2 customers in front almost finished being served. From the time I arrived my sandwich artists (as named by subway themselves and the only 2 on shift on a Thursday night, both fairly young) chopped and changed between making subs to taking customers payment on the til to answering the phone to taking delivereats and uberoo orders coming through the printer. Our sandwich artist took our order then mid way through, answered the phone then for some reason started tapping on an ipad, then, once he finished picking up the phone and the ipad, comes to continue our order, WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE STARTED WITH. He was genuinely shocked when I asked him to change his gloves before continuing our order. All we ordered was 3 x 6inch subs and a salad with drinks and cookies. The most expensive Subway I've been to. If you look around you'll see that not all Subways charge the same. But this one is by far the most expensive.

Plus they're stingy on the salads and push for literally all the extras. I'm not just talking about adding avo. They ask you if you want the kitchen sink! Extra meat (then go into detail of all the meats). Ask if you want drinks, cookies. It's like they have a script which they're compelled to read.

I've heard the store manager/owner is a d#@k from former staff and some that still work there.

May need to update opening hours on the front door and online, as I went there at 5:15pm and the doors were shut, plus the worker called out to say they were closed, whereas both online and the door sign said that they close at 8:30pm on Sundays.
