Zanders Cafe — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Enjoyed the meal but wasn't very good for the server to tell a lady with a service dog that they have to be very careful with dogs because of the food and the dog shouldn't come in. The dog had a vest that clearly said "assistance dog". Second server who later approached asked again but was nice enough when she was told it was a service dog - wasn't too good to say "for what disability" though. Very much made the lady upset to be singled out over her disability. Its a shame the staff are not aware of their responsibilities on this...

A great cup of covfefe! Keiraville sure is coming up in the world and owning wollongong with its covfefe shops. The cappuccino was creamy and smooth and the long black fruity and strong. Extra care was taken with a frothy babycino complete with chocolate syrup and marshmallows.

Extra points would be given if the sumptuous baked offerings from the adjunct bakery were available at the cafe. There were some real treasures in there but only available to ogle at from the window at this time...

I was really disappointed by my experience here. The coffee was good, which is why I gave 2 stars, but the food and the service were abysmal. The bacon and egg roll I had was somehow really bland, and the bread was the kind you use at a school canteen. The service was really unfriendly, they told me to get the menu and go outside when I said hello. I would recommend going next door, as this experience cost me over 20 dollars for a bacon and egg roll...
