The Westie Cafe — Restaurant in Woodbridge

Saw all these roadside signs advertising hot food / burgers and the likes ‘open’, thought great , burger and chips( which was the picture on the roadside sign) but no , manned by a single rude teenager more interested in socialising with a couple of kids her own age , told no hot food available , only what was in bay Marie which was a couple of crusty pies that had been there a couple of hours too long . Fridge 1/3 stocked ,said rude teenager walking around the kitchen area in just socks , this place has so much potential but whoever is running this needs to wake up a little , the actual site is a lovely little off the road area let down by poor business sense , but at present my advice is just keep...

Very rude service. Asked for a sausage roll (which I could see was in the Bain Marie) I was told I can’t have a sausage roll heated up only a muffin as they were starting to close. I said okay I’ll just have a drink. Then I hear the staff say to the people after me they can’t cook burgers but offered to heat up a sausage roll.

Fantastic place to visit with family, friends or kids, dogs not allowed in playground area but has a great walking track around the river to walk your dog and meet lovely like wise people, as I always carry my dog's water bottle with me, I forgot to do one for myself so I called into get a nice cold drink on my way back, such lovely and friendly service - thank you :) Think I've found my new to...
