Muzz Buzz - Midland — Restaurant in Midland

I visited Muzz Buzz in Midland on Monday September 9th at approximately 1:05pm. The experience was not a good one. There were two women working there when I pulled up at the drive thru. There were no other customers and no walk up customers. One of the women was facing me and appeared to be opening up packets of paper bags and putting them away. She did not acknowledge me and I thought she was going to serve me when she had finished..instead she just pulled out another packet of bags and continued to put them away I think she must have opened and stashed away at least four packets in the time that I was waiting. Meanwhile the other woman looked like she was making a milkshake..having completed that she then disappeared out of sight and still I was the only customer. I lost patience and left I have never had such disgusting service in...

This is hands down my favourite Muzz Buzz, trust me I'm a tad addicted so iv been to quite a few of them. A few reasons I love it more than the others, their prices are consistent, every time I go I order the same thing. This is the only Muzz Buzz that charges me the same price each time. Others have charged me up to $2 more for the same items. Their staff are fantastic. Friendly and efficient, plus they honestly make the yummiest drinks compared to the others. I think the only thing that I would improve on would be the little tatta tots, they always get squished and soggy in a cup, definitely better when they were in the little boxes. I love the atmosphere as well, even for a drive through they usually have upbeat appropriate music on, not to loud but enough for me to enjoy while waiting. Well done...

The customer service there has gone done hill I have been going there since it opened. 1st it's never opened on time or regularly on day it could be 5:30 next could 5:45 next could be 6 am then closing the same driven past as early a 4:45 and it's been closed it's a disgrace it's run by kids that bring me to No.2. The staff are slow will leave u sitting at the window while they stand there having a chat. And last but not least when you order you should get what you order but cause they are not interested in helping the customer more often then I don't get what I ask for with my coffee. Please Steve look at your Midland store they are letting you down and I love my muzz buzz please...
