Worst moment of my week was getting drive through at RR Midland. The mandatory one star here is for the girl serving me who was happy, helpful, joyful and friendly. But I didn't go here for that, I went for a nice snack and what I got (ordered a "Chicken loaded chips") was a hugely oversalted box of fries with an incredible small amount of dried out (yes, so dry!) chicken scraps that you might consider feeding your dog or cat.
I was so disappointed. I should have asked for no salt but should Ii have to? It is so arrogant to assume that everyone likes huge amounts of salt. Each chip I had to physically brush off the encrusted salt. And then at the bottom was the horrible chicken. Will never again go here and based on this, will not recommend.
What you are paying for is all the packaging (box and bag), the plastic fork, the gravy (which I asked to be omitted), the hand freshener, the paper towels and the wages of the staff. The food value...

Bag was sealed with several RED RR "no sticky beaks" stickers ... So issue clearly is with the store itself - not the delivery company.
[2025] ... Instore service == lacking. Staff need more training / guidance.
Although ... That also comes back on mis-management of store itself.
Staff == not customer focused ... Had to distract staff member from his mobile phone - just to place an order at the front counter instore !!!
If it is that quiet - why not take to a broom / etc ... And clean up for a few minutes ... The youth today - Sheesh.

Way ahead of rest of game from other "home delivered" fast food stores/services in area.. eg. Uber-eats.

I have emailed several times to chase this up and to ask for my $35 to be refunded. Nobody has replied or even acknowledged my emails.
