This bakery is amazing. It always has quality products and absolutely brilliant staff. Not sure what some of the most recent reviews complaining about staff at this bakery are about- it sounds like they have an axe to grind and want to be nothing but petty. Have been buying my bread from here for over10 years. Have never had issues with the longevity of my bread until now. I have reported the white and green mould issue by contacting the store I purchase the bread from. Told sorry to here, then crickets on the other side of the phone. Thinking it may have been just that batch that day. So bought more chia bread and hi fibre low GI bread and both green mould very visible on day three. In all the years I have bought their bread I never had this issue before. They have changed the ingredients or bags ....

I get my hi fibre from here most always fresh . On a few occasions I have got it from the Umina store but the slices seem smaller ?. and doesn’t seem to stay as fresh as the Woy woy store not sure if they all use the same...
