My experience at BBF Cafe was distasteful, disappointing and disillusioning.

My friend and I ordered our food and drinks at 11:30am. We received one drink 15 minutes later after the order was placed, then another 30 minutes later we received our food cold.

The most frustrating thing about my experience was that I still hadn’t received my drink even after reminding them twice. I was ready to leave and had finished my food when I reminded them for the third time. Finally, I received my drink (Ice coffee) which was actually significantly underwhelming in quality.

Furthermore, The manager also abused her staff and continuously yelled throughout the cafe. This was not a pleasant site for someone who is merely trying to enjoy a peaceful brunch.

Overall, the poor customer service, the poor work environment and poor quality food detrimentally affects BBF Cafe’s ability to properly deliver to their customers. If you are considering visiting BBF Cafe, save your money and your sanity;...

Was down this way visiting friends so we needed somewhere to catch up. However, my wife is a coeliac which can make eating out quiet difficult. We found this place via some recommendations and they didn't disappoint.

The meals were fantastic and large. The thick shake I had was also massive and delicious. What's more is that when my wife ordered, and asked about the gluten free options, the waitress asked if she was coeliac - this shows a level of understanding you'd rarely get elsewhere. And for the record, my wife did not have a reaction to eating here. So if you require a GF diet I'd suggest that you try this joint.

Waited for an hour for 2 meals, to me that is just not on. Plus my wifes whole breakfast was stone cold. bacon couldn't even eat it that it was that cold and hard and both toasts were cold and dry. Now i know why I've never eaten there the whole time I've lived here.. for the money i spent there could do easily a much better job at home. From my experience in sydney and western Sydney if a cafe from there came here you would lose business very quickly... to make money food has to come out quicker. So more customers come in an out. Lucky we didn't have the kids there they would've been so hungry. Pick up...
